Bord Gáis Éireann announces that it has commenced the sale process for Bord Gáis Energy, its energy business, and will be issuing an Information Memorandum to potential bidders.

Michael G O’Sullivan, Finance Director, Bord Gáis Éireann, said: “This is an important milestone in the sale of Bord Gáis Energy. Subject to market conditions, we expect the sale to be concluded by the end of 2013. Throughout this process, the business will continue to focus on delivering consistent and outstanding service to our customers.”
