€1bm sale at Dundrum Town Centre
Ireland’s most profitable shopping centre is to be offered up for sale.
The Dundrum Town Centre, the Celtic Tigers most successful retail experiment could be sold as early as next month with a reported price tag of up to €1bn.
It is understood that NAMA is about to move forward with it’s plan to sell the centre after it gained full control of the shopping centre in April.
