Grafton Group acquires UK Crescent building supplies
Grafton Group PLC has completed a deal to buy Crescent Building Supplies (Ruislip) Ltd for an undisclosed amount.
The FTSE 250-listed builders merchant and DIY company Crescent, as a general merchanting business which has branches in West London and Berkshire.
In the year to March 31, Crescent reported revenue of GBP10.5 million, Grafton said.
The Irish building group said “this bolt-on acquisition” would increase the company’s coverage of the merchanting market in West London and the South East of England.
