Published On: June 16, 2015Views: 5

GOING FROM GOOD TO GREAT an event run by The Lean Construction Institute of Ireland and kindly sponsored by DPS Engineering will discuss and demonstrate the very nature of how Lean Tools can support Ireland Inc. by reducing rework and waste in our Construction projects.

This event alone is a great chance to network with like-minded people from all aspects of the Construction sector. John McGowan from Construction IT Alliance (CITA) will speak about Lean in the context of digitising Construction. John’s career has given him a deep insight into the power of digitisation and how to implement change.

From the @One Alliance in the UK, Lynne Hamilton will take us through her experiences of Building Lean partnership and sustainability in the Public sector and how Lean has saved over £10M in project costs.
