Gerard Morrissey appointed Chairman of KMCS

KMCS, one of Ireland’s leading Construction Project and Cost Management Consultancies has appointed Gerard Morrissey as its new Chairman.

Mr Morrissey is a highly respected industry leader, having worked in the construction sector for over 30 years, in senior roles which included non-Executive Director of Lagan Asphalt and a Trustee of The Construction Executive Retirement Savings.

He has also been Finance Director for Mercury Holdings, Ireland’s largest building services company and its subsidiaries over a period of 25 years, involving extensive international work in UK, Poland, Russia and Gulf States.

Gerard is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants, holds a certificate of Directors Duties and Responsibilities from Chartered Accountants Ireland and also a Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD.
