Dublin-based Mallinckrodt to expand operations with a €45m investment

Mallinckrodt, a Biopharma company has just announced that it will invest around €45m investment to expand its Dublin-based operations.

The company announced today that a new state-of-the-art facility and office building will be built at the College Business and Technology Park, Blanchardstown in Dublin.

Over 300 construction jobs will be supported during the construction stage with 45 skilled full-time positions to be created on completion.

Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals has invested over €165m over the past 22 years.

The new facility will include a two-storey manufacturing building, a three-storey administration building. The site of around 4.85 hectares also has capacity for future investment.
