Boland’s Mill to get €200m makover by NAMA

Boland’s Mill the historic site at Grand Canal Dock in Dublin will be redeveloped by NAMA as part of a €200 million regeneration project.

In a recent announcement NAMA Chairman Mr. Frank Daly said that the Boland’s Mill site will be developed into apartments and offices in three towers of up to 15 storeys. The state owned agency are looking to clean up the derelict building and create a version of London’s Canary Wharf in the Docklands.
